Dispute & Recheck Policy

1. Right to Dispute:

Subjects of reports and clients have the right to request a recheck of information they believe to be inaccurate within 15 days of report issuance.

2. Submission Requirements:

Disputes must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected], including:

- Reference number of the report

- A detailed explanation of the error

- Supporting documentation

3. Resolution Timeline:

Syxel Verify will investigate and respond within 10 business days. If the dispute is upheld, a corrected report will be issued.

4. Final Decision:

Where third-party databases are the source of an error, clients may need to contact the original provider. Syxel Verify will provide guidance but cannot alter third-party records directly.
