Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose Limitation:
Clients may only use Syxel Verify services for lawful purposes, including employment screening, compliance, due diligence, and client onboarding.
2. Prohibited Activities:
Clients must not use our services for:
- Harassment or surveillance
- Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or disability
- Investigating personal relationships
- Stalking or doxing
3. Misuse Consequences:
Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of services, notification to authorities, and legal action under Jamaican law.
4. Cooperation with Authorities:
Syxel Verify may cooperate with law enforcement upon lawful request.
